A LA CARTE SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES A la carte sponsorships can be purchased individually or in conjunction with other sponsor opportunities and do not include conference registration. A la carte sponsors will be listed on our conference sponsor page with a hyperlink. WELCOME RECEPTION - $750 | 1 SPOT ONLY Sponsorship listed in conference agenda. Opportunity to distribute brochures or hand-outs at the reception. Three-minute speaking opportunity for a welcome greeting at the beginning of the reception (No video or slides). WELCOME BAG PROMOTIONAL ITEM - $150 Item must be produced and duplicated by sponsor. Size and quantity to be confirmed with NRWA staff in advance of conference. Items must be received in prior to conference, timing TBD. Staff will confirm if item should be shipped to the conference hotel or the NRWA home office. Potential item ideas: printed brochure or flyer, pen, sticky notes, rechargeable battery, hand sanitizer, can koozy, etc. VENDOR TABLE - $200 Table supplied by hotel in the exhibit hall. Sponsor is responsible for staffing/filling/decorating table prior to the posted exhibit hours and removing items at conclusion of conference. BOOK NOOK - $100 Display a copy of your publication with other promoted publications. May include a coupon for purchase or instructions for purchase. NRWA will not be responsible for onsite sales of Book Nook publications. |
