Nationally Certified Online Profile Experts (NCOPEs) are writers and coaches who have demonstrated expertise in crafting engaging, value-based LinkedIn profiles and a deep understanding of the role LinkedIn plays in today’s job search, career marketing, and social recruiting. NCOPE-certified writers and coaches are proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter – the platform most recruiters use to find and vet talent – and are well-versed in best practices for finding, building, and nurturing networks online.

After completing initial certification requirements (a comprehensive 5-week training program and end-of-course exam), NCOPEs must complete annual renewal training to ensure they are up-to-speed on LinkedIn’s rapidly evolving platform.
