How I help

I work with lots of different types of jobseekers but am frequently sought after by librarians since I'm the ONLY resume writer who specifically works with and has experience working as a librarian. That's where my Leaping Librarians 🐸 concept comes from – a term I coined for library and information professionals ready to take that big, bold leap in their careers.

MY STORY
I started as a library page at 16, earned my MLIS, and spent a decade in libraries (academic/medical, public/youth services, and middle school/independent school). I loved it...until I didn't anymore. In April 2022, I launched my first non-library job search and landed a role as a copy editor at a digital marketing agency. In 2025, I did it again – transitioning to a copy editor role at a major tech company. Along the way, during late nights and weekends, I discovered my passion for resume writing and career coaching, and King Career Services was born.

As a Nationally Certified Resume Writerand certified career coach, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to every client relationship.

The main thing I want you to remember: YOU'RE NOT ALONE. I've been where you are – questioning, planning, and taking that leap. We can do this together.
