PLUG-IN SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Customize your sponsorship with these a la carte options. Purchase alone, or combine with one of the above packages—subject to availability. These options do not include conference registration.

Virtual Exhibit Booth Only - $300

This option includes a virtual exhibit booth only. This option does not include a conference or registration or receptions. Participants who select this option will only be able to interact with conference attendees in their virtual booth. 

Welcome Package Sponsorships

A physical welcome package will be shipped to all attendees who register by August 20, 2021. Sponsors have the opportunity to have marketing materials included in this package if items are received/confirmed prior to dates below.

Welcome Package Sponsorship options include:

• Sponsored Promo Item ($500) - Your logo on a promotional item included in welcome package. Item to be determined in conjunction with NRWA-selected promotional item vendor. Paid sponsorship and logo must be received by July 15. Limited availability. Contact adminmanager@thenrwa.org to discuss options for the items to be included.
• Printed Marketing Materials ($250) - Sponsor can provide a brochure or flyer for inclusion. The printed items (at sponsor’s expense) must be received at the NRWA office by August 15.
• Welcome Reception Sponsor ($350) – logo on event session direction page and opportunity for 1-2 minute remarks at virtual welcome reception. Listed as sponsor in welcome packet.
• Concurrent Session Sponsor ($200) – logo on event session page and opportunity for 1-2 minute remarks before session begins (not available for keynote address). Listed as sponsor in welcome packet.

MEMBER TO MEMBER ADVERTISING OPTIONS

We will have two group booths in the Virtual Exhibit Hall that will provide members the opportunity to advertise to other members.
