About the presenter:

Anne Barnwell began writing resumes as a college student in the Career Development Office. She loved writing and critiquing resumes but never thought to do it professionally until 2018. Since then, she has launched The Write Resumes and crafts resumes, cover letters and LinkedIn profiles for clients from C-Suite to college students. She has earned two resume writing certifications, the NRWA and PARW, her NCOPE for LinkedIn profile writing and is pursuing a certification in Federal government resumes.

An impending divorce flung Anne back into the workforce in 2008, after more than 12 years as a stay-at-home mom. Now, she has a passion for helping people relaunch their careers after an extended break.

The Write Resumes is still a side gig. By day, she works in corporate communications for a financial investments firm. She also has experience in executive communication, nonprofit communications and social media marketing.
