Eustacia A. English, owner of Résumés on Demand, is a Nationally Certified Profile Expert (NCOPE), certified diversity recruiter, certified career coach, and workshop facilitator. She has been in the human resources and recruiting industry since 1999 and has held various leadership roles in human resources.
Since joining the NRWA in 2020, she has served on the DEI committee and consistently writes DEI-related articles for the NRWA newsletter. She currently serves as the Membership Chair, and it is essential to her to foster a positive and inclusive culture and contribute to our members' overall well-being and satisfaction.
As the driving force behind Résumés on Demand (ROD), Eustacia champions the personal touch philosophy. ROD stands as a comprehensive one-stop shop for job seekers, offering industry knowledge and expertise in recruiting and a commitment to delivering personalized attention. Eustacia takes pride in helping individuals breathe life into their professional passions, offering a transformative experience beyond traditional career services. Eustacia resides in Cherry Hill, NJ, is a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan, and enjoys spending time with her family. She works full-time in the tech industry as an HR leader while managing her business and her daughter's book company.
