She developed and is the exclusive instructor of the NRWA Writing Excellence program, serves on the NRWA board, and has taken an active role in mentoring and training other writers who wish to excel in the field.


Kathy Keshemberg is a Nationally Certified Resume Writer, Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert, and sole proprietor of A Career Advantage. For 35+ years, she has assisted job seekers by writing resumes and LinkedIn profiles. A grader for many years, she assumed the role of Certification Chair in January 2021.
