Gabrielle Suttis is a Nationally Certified Resume Writer (NCRW), Certified Résumé Strategist (CRS), and the founder of Go-Getter Resumes, where she helps mid-career professionals and emerging leaders clarify their value, position themselves for promotion, and confidently step into what’s next. While her clients range from junior to executive levels, her sweet spot is working with individuals who are excited to increase their impact and level up their careers.

Committed to ongoing professional development and ethical best practices in the industry, Gabrielle is an active member of the National Resume Writers Association (NRWA), Career Professionals of Canada (CPC), and Career Directors International (CDI). She has served as a judge for CPC’s Awards of Excellence program and has won several awards across executive, career change, and technical resume categories.

With a background as a human resources professional and an in-house corporate recruiter, Gabrielle knows how recruiters review resumes, what they look for, and what inspires them to call. Her resumes bridge the communication gap between candidates and potential employers by blending candidates’ experience, qualifications, and personality with a strategic structure and language that demonstrate how the applicants’ capabilities and value align with business needs.

Gabrielle achieved her NCRW designation in January 2025 after submitting a resume for the 2026 ROAR awards that scored 100% (and still didn’t win—that’s the calibre of writers in the NRWA!). Having recently completed the study materials and certification process, she is happy to share her perspective and experience with other interested resume writers.
