Dahlia Ashford's passion for career coaching began in 2009 when she was helping family and friends with resume preparation and the dreaded interview process. As a career coach, her specialties are resume and cover letter writing and preparing candidates to interview with confidence and clarity. Everyone, she helped quickly received interviews and won job offers. And just like that, Dahlia discovered her mission in life.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from Mississippi State University and Master of Science in College Student Personnel Services and Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. Committed to ongoing professional development, Dahlia has credentials as a Certified Professional Career Coach (PARWCC), Certified Interview Coach (PARWCC), Certified Professional Resume Writer (PARWCC), Certified Career Transition Coach (CTL RWA), Certified Interview and Compensation Negotiation Coach (CTL RWA), Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert (NRWA), Certified Professional Life Coach (Life Coaching Institute of Orange County), and Certified Career Coach (Transformation Academy).
