Fifteen plus years' experience writing resumes and more than twenty-five years' ongoing experience as a recruiter affords me a hiring manager's perspective when writing resumes. How do I work with clients? Upon retention of my services, I conduct a phone interview or email exchange to determine the client's career goals, resume objectives and professional story. Upon establishing a clear understanding of these elements, the creative process begins. Within one to two weeks the first draft of the resume is submitted to the client for careful review. Any revisions that are communicated are implemented within two days and upon completion, a second draft is submitted. Upon approval of the second, or third draft if necessary, the final file is dispatched.
