- What AIDA means and why it is important.
- Details about the NCRW sample review and exam grading criteria and point system.
- The most common reasons candidates fail at earning certification.

About the Presenters:
Norine Dagliano is a Nationally Certified Resume Writer, Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert, DISC Administrator, and sole proprietor of ekm Inspirations, with more than 30 years of experience working with job seekers and career-services professionals, both experienced and starting out. She developed and is the exclusive instructor of the NRWA Writing Excellence program, serves on the NRWA board, and has taken an active role in mentoring and training other writers who wish to excel in the field.
Kathy Keshemberg is a Nationally Certified Resume Writer, Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert, and sole proprietor of A Career Advantage. For 35+ years, she has assisted job seekers by writing resumes and LinkedIn profiles. A grader for many years, she assumed the role of Certification Chair in January 2021. One of the most rewarding aspects of this volunteer role is encouraging and supporting NCRW candidates, and continually staying on the forefront of our industry to ensure the NRWA Study Guide is current.
