Today's LinkedIn is powered by AI, machine learning, and increasingly sophisticated recruiter search technology. If you're still relying on strategies from even a year ago, you're already behind.
The Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert (NCOPE) training program and certification provide you with the insider knowledge, practical skills, and industry-recognized credential needed to help job seekers stand out, get found, and land more opportunities.
Training Includes
- 5 weekly two-hour sessions conducted via GotoWebinar.
- Attend at your convenience—attend the weekly live sessions OR view session recordings! Within 24-hours following live sessions, recordings will be provided. PLUS, session recordings will remain active for all registrants for three months following the training.
- Handouts for each session, resource pages, copy of all presentation slides and homework sheets.*
- Three CEU credits.

Weekly NCOPE Open Office Hours – Open Forum Zoom Call – To review or ask questions on anything LinkedIn, screen sharing, group collaboration. The office hours will be held the following Wednesday after each class from 12:30 p.m.–1:30 p.m, ET.

Training will culminate in an exam to verify your newly-earned expertise. Participants who receive a score of >80% on the end-of-course multiple-choice exam will earn certification
- NCOPE Certification digital credentials provided through Sertifier. These links and badges will connect to your website and online profiles along with details on how clients can confirm their validity.
- Access to monthly NCOPE open office hours held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 12:30 p.m., ET.
- Access to our NCOPE-only LinkedIn group.
- Certification is valid for one year - annual recertification is required.**
*Educational materials are the exclusive property of the NRWA. Participants may not copy, share, or distribute educational materials.
**The annual recertification fee is $129. To recertify, you will be required to watch two new 90-minute webinar recordings and pass two corresponding quizzes with a combined score of 80%.

New option: NCOPE Boost!
The NCOPE Boost Certification is a specialized opportunity designed exclusively for currently certified professionals to stay up to date with the latest changes on LinkedIn while extending the value of their certification. This program offers a comprehensive refresher through five weeks of live or on-demand sessions, updated course materials, and access to new tools and strategies, including AI advancements and recruiter platform updates. Participants will complete the course alongside new learners, culminating in a short assessment, and upon completion, will receive a new certificate with an extended recertification date—eliminating the need to recertify again until April 2028. Offered at a discounted rate, the Boost provides a cost-effective way to maintain certification while gaining the most current industry knowledge. By participating in this training program, you are agreeing to let the instructor/facilitator call you by name during the presentation when addressing questions or sharing information. You also understand that sessions will be recorded and may be made available to other NRWA members/nonmembers, during and after the program is completed, for further review.

NRWA Payment and Refund Policy
Payment must be received in full prior to the course start date. Registration with online payment is preferred, but Individuals may register online and mail a check to NRWA’s administrative office.

An individual’s placement in a course is not finalized until payment is received in full. Refunds will not be issued for coursework, training, or certification once initiated. Registration fees will be refunded up to two weeks prior to the first class at 100%, less a $75 termination charge. No refunds will be provided within two weeks of the class start date. Refund requests must be made in writing to adminmanager@thenrwa.org.
