Recorded June 5, 2026 Content Level: Applied
Every time you paste parts of a client's career history into an AI tool, that data enters a system with its own rules about retention, sharing, and training. Most career professionals have never read those rules. This webinar covers what actually happens to client data in individual-use AI tools, what meeting assistants capture beyond the transcript during intake calls, and which terms-of-service clauses deserve a closer look.
"Working with AI systems that process personal data across the EU and the US taught me firsthand how much the fine print matters, and how easy it is to get it wrong," Ingmar says. "You will leave with practical guidance for using AI confidently while protecting client information."
In this webinar you will learn:
Dr. Ingmar Graesslin holds a PhD in electrical engineering with a focus on data science. He has spent nearly 30 years as a scientist in medical research and imaging, with work spanning data processing, model development, and medical imaging systems. In the last decade, he focused particularly on model development and the handling of sensitive and confidential technical data. As founder of Tailored AI Services GmbH in Hamburg, Germany, his work developing AI systems that process personal data across the EU and the US has given him a practitioner's understanding of what AI tools actually do with the data entrusted to them. He is an NRWA member.
This webinar recording is available for free to active NRWA members as a member benefit. Nonmember registration is available for $49.
It does not qualify for CEUs toward NCRW certification. Links to the recording and handout will be provided in the registration confirmation email. Recordings are stored on our GoTo server and will require an additional entry of name and email for access
