Speaker Bio & Topics
Tiffany Hardy propels her global executive clients to continued career ascent by telling their remarkable leadership stories. Personal branding expert, LinkedIn strategist, and multi-award-winning resume writer, her talent lies in her ability to uncover and articulate her clients’ unique value.
Simple though it may sound, it requires bone-deep commitment to uncovering her clients’ true differentiators—buried deep beneath the characteristics common to all high-performing executives. It involves an all-out obsession with creating stunning job search tools that do justice to their high-growth legacies and are aligned with their destined advancement.
Tiffany began her professional life helping executives in Spain to compete on a global stage by teaching them English. She worked her way up to Director of Operations of a corporate training enterprise where she developed a hiring agent’s perspective, building teams to service her company’s Fortune 500 clients.
But her true love has always been the written word—and that led her to work as an editor for the European Commission and provide editorial services for some of Europe’s top multinationals before transitioning into the world of career services.
Today she harnesses the power of words and a passion for telling memorable stories to help global leaders reach the level of impact they crave. She has earned 16 TORI writing awards and has had the privilege of developing career tools for culturally and linguistically diverse leaders from over 25 countries.
Educated at Arizona State University, Tiffany holds a Master of Science in Sociology. She has an endless appetite for acquiring new knowledge on best practices in job search and is constantly adding to her list of coaching and career writing certifications. Most notably she holds the Academy Certified Resume Writer, Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert, and Certified Executive Resume Master designations.
When she is not crafting compelling career documents and helping leaders discover their uniqueness, you might catch her traveling back to her beloved Spain where she spent nearly 20 years of her life, or hiking in the Prescott, Arizona, sunshine where she now resides with her bilingual family.
