Dr. Brandi R. Muñoz, SPHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned expert in training and development with over 15 years of experience in talent development. As a Senior Human Resources Professional and ICF Certified Career Coach, she has served as a strategic business partner and consultant for global organizations, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness through innovative training programs and leadership development initiatives.
Dr. Muñoz’s expertise encompasses organizational development, corporate HR management, facilitation, training, leadership development, mentoring, coaching, dispute resolution, management consulting, and culture transformations. She is dedicated to fostering growth and excellence in educational and professional settings, leveraging her extensive experience to design and implement impactful training programs. In a leadership role, Dr. Muñoz serves as the Diversity Officer for the Education, Research, and Training section of the Association for Conflict Resolution. Dr. Muñoz is committed to advancing the fields of training and development and higher education through her work and leadership.
