Sharing a room can help reduce costs and provide a chance to connect with fellow attendees. To participate, please fill out this Room Sharing Request Form. Once completed, your information will be added to the list of candidates looking to share a room. You can then contact potential roommates directly to make arrangements. Note: Submitting the request does not guarantee a shared room experience. The Hotel Providence, Rhode Island has limited rooms with two beds at the NRWA rate.
